Mark Mckenna Little

Location: La Jolla, CA

Mark Little has perfected and implemented an effective, transferable process for creating a highly comprehensive financial services business. Implementing this method fueled a 400% increase in Mark's production and had a profound impact on his quality of life. Mark founded his independent financial advisory practice in 1989, built his business up from scratch, and sold this internationally recognized investment advisory firm in 2005. He still maintains a handfull of ideal clients. The sale of his firm, as well as his fees from existing clients allows Mark the freedom to contribute to charitable causes he’s identified.   Mark quadrupled his production, to well-over $1 million in 3 1/2 years durning the obnoxiously poor market years 2000, 2001 & 2002!   He successfully made the transition from being a financial product salesperson for 1,242 accounts to being a Trusted Advisor serving a small community of no more than 91 clients, by first disengaging from 1,225 non-ideal clients. The ideal clients win. Mark wins. And his firm wins by having greatly reduced compliance risk and dramatically increased productivity. Imagine what life would be like if many of the advisors at your firm quadrupled their production!   Mark is a member of the National Speaker’s Association and is a speaker and author giving financial advisors the tools they need to do significantly more for a smaller community of clients who meet their ideal client profile. Mark is passionate about sharing his message of how to financial advisors can, and should, be successful regardless of the financial market conditions.   He has conducted hundreds of dynamic and informative talks around the U.S. and overseas, helping people increase clarity about their vision while creating a clear plan-of-action.    Originally from Houston, Texas Mark obtained his degree from Texas Christian University before embarking on a career in Finance.  Mark started his firm in 1987, and now lives in La Jolla, CA. His 12-year-old daughter McKenna is the author of the book www.HowToCOOKaBully.com, and is the light of his life.
