What outcome should a participant expect?

If you implement the action items presented, each admin support person registered will accomplish all of the following during this 90-day program:

  • Establish their role (and establish a clear plan) for implementing:
    • The Three Meeting Process™
    • The Five Critical Reports™
    • The Dry-run Prep Meeting™
    • Establishing processes to coordinate the (growing) Deliverables Team.
    • Create a custom process for your office to ensure every client progress meeting is “fully prepped,” on-time, and as-expected by the Trusted Advisor & Ideal Client.
    • Support to the Trusted Advisor to help keep them on-track with their priorities (and effectively help them feel safe in delegating everything else to the Deliverables Team)
  • Establish a clear well-documented process for handling individual Deliverables Checkpoints™ and service items described within The Trusted Advisor Toolkit™ BEFORE every member of your Deliverables Team is fully in-place.
  • You’ll learn how to implement a tool called “The Prioritized Action List” so you can merge the weekly action items to implement for The Trusted Advisor Toolkit™ with those other action items and distractions that must be managed in your office each week.
  • Establish a plan and culture in your office which will create an advance warning system for Deliverables Team commitments which are in danger of being missed, while there’s still plenty of time to reassign or work-around the item prior to the actual client progress meeting.
  • Maintain a prioritized list of “processes needing to be documented” along with setting reasonable goals for getting the most important processes documented so that everyone on your team knows exactly what is expected from them and when.
  • How to schedule and support The Dry-run Prep Meeting™ as a “dress-rehearsal” at least 10 days prior to the actual client meeting so that nothing feels “rushed” and there’s plenty of time to create or edit any items that are identified as “still needed” for the upcoming meeting.
  • A process and tool to help administrative support people clarify who has authority in your organization to make decisions regarding every step implementing The Trusted Advisor Toolkit™ action items. This program will provide a tool for support people to expand their resourcefulness and a proposed method of requesting authority for coordinating the Deliverables Team.
