Effective Immediately: For ALL Toolkit Matters Please Always Go To "Contact Us" To Reach Out To Us

The 'Contact Us' link (top right of every page) contains everything you need to request appointments with Toolkit Members, upload files when invited to do so and to get a timely response from the Toolkit Team

The Toolkit and its team has changed dramatically since the early days when Mark handled almost all meetings personally and we were a small, lean team.

The increase in our team size and greater interactions between us and your teams has torn some holes in our older processes. We recognize that the improvements we have been making over the last 2 years had caused a scattering of contact points.

To upload files you had to go to one place, to book appointments you needed to go to another. To pose webinar questions there was yet another... and if you sent an email to any of us individually the results could be unpredictable.

We have updated the "Contact Us" page to now give clear, centralized access and instructions for all interactions with our team. In the process we have also updated the form on that page to handle a variety of additional scenarios much more gracefully.

We have several Senior Toolkit Team Members who monitor the incoming requests on a daily basis, sometimes several times per day. Unless you are responding to an active or ongoing email conversation with a team member you should always start a new conversation via "Contact Us".

For example: Please do not reach out to our team members individually as we can not assure you timely service If you do. That person may be away on vacation or out sick and nobody else on our team will even know you've attempted to make contact.

Starting with the Toolkit Progress Updates (TPU) that are coming to you this week, you'll notice we no longer provide a small inventory of links, but rather one simple reference to the "Contact Us" form on the Toolkit.

And if you have any difficulties, feedback or questions about reaching our team, please use the "Contact Us" link on the Trusted Advisor Toolkit™ to ask for assistance. (see how much simpler that is?)
