How can I Manage My Office In a Way That Keeps Me Focused on My Highest Priorities?

First, you must be crystal clear on what your highest priorities are.

We find most advisors are not. They have a vague picture and a sense of their desired direction, but not a crystal clear vision for their business and personal lives and a concrete plan with a timeline for accomplishing it.

Second, you must have a clear understanding of your highest LEVERAGE opportunities. There are two critical areas of focus for you as an advisor. The first is client acquisition, the second is face-to-face or over the phone ideal client service. Everything else is significantly lower leverage. Keep a time log for a week and you will discover how astoundingly little time you spend on these high leverage activities.

Third, your staff must be completely trained to manage EVERYTHING ELSE!
(We’ll train them so you don’t have to).

Fourth, your staff must have a comprehensive and integrated system for managing every detail
without you while keeping you completely informed
. (We have that system, when you are ready to implement it).

When these four elements are in place, you’ll be spending 80-90% of your work day on your highest priorities and you’ll be getting extraordinary results. Which means you’ll have plenty of time off to focus on life’s real priorities.
