Automatic Login Suddenly Isn't Working... [Solution]
Recent security updates to some browsers (notably Chrome) are interfering with our 'single sign on' automation -- here's the quick solution.
If you get to the following message, but nothing happens
then your browser has probably blocked our attempt to verify your credentials (via our central database).
What to do:
- Find and click the tiny notification on the address bar
(shown is Chrome's notification and its popup) - Select the "Always Allow" option and click Done.
(yes, this IS safe to do with the domains listed below). - Restart Chrome by closing all your chrome windows
(unfortunately the setting doesn't take affect immediately)
These websites are affected:
- AccountabilityCoach.org
- AdvisorPACT.com
- CommittedAdvisor.com
- TrustedAdvisorToolkit.com
How Automated Login is supposed to work:
If you are currently logged-in to any of these websites, clicking 'Log In' on any of the other sites should log you in automatically (using the same credentials).
Closing the browser or logging out of one site should automatically log you out of all of them.
