Deliverables Checkpoints™ May ONLY Be Used Online (May NOT be removed)
- I understand that Deliverables Checkpoints™ (DCPs) are client deliverables, each with a Unique Identifying Code (UIC), found within the "Deliverables Tab" on The Toolkit System.
- Deliverables Checkpoints™ may not be removed from The Toolkit System. Except for The Unique Identifying Code (UIC), associated with every DCP, the DCP may not be copied, pasted or re-written elsewhere.
- EXAMPLE: I understand I cannot create a spreadsheet of Deliverables Checkpoints™.
- I understand that to provide access to the DCPs, I must provide each individual with a unique login of their own; in that way every person who has access to DCPs are understood have proper privileges to the DCPs as a member of a team led by a registered member in good standing of The Trusted Advisor Toolkit™.
- I agree that DCPs are only to be used for the benefit of Ideal Clients entered into The Toolkit System.
- I understand that DCPs are not to be used for Non-ideal Clients, nor for any clients outside of The Toolkit System including, but not limited to, clients belonging to other advisors, entities or product sponsors.
- I understand that Deliverables Checkpoints™ listed in The Toolkit System are for the sole use of registered members in good standing of The Trusted Advisor Toolkit™, and their registered Deliverables Team Members, only for the benefit of their Ideal Clients, entered into this system.
I Agree To These Assumed Definitions:
Trusted Advisor: The trusted advisor to a community of clients, and Potential Clients, whom are all entered into the toolkit system.
-
For the purposes of the toolkit system, the Trusted Advisor is a single individual (not to be confused with any entity which may be paying for use of this system) who has primary responsibility for the clients, and potential clients entered into The Toolkit.
-
The Trusted Advisor serves as the “team leader,” and is also the individual these Ideal Clients, entered into The Toolkit, would confirm as being their “primary” (or “Lead”) financial advisor
-
From a practical perspective, to determine who the Trusted Advisor is, the standard will be to simply, and hypothetically, ask your client “who did you hire to get your entire financial house in order?” The name each client provides will be considered their “Trusted Advisor,” and, as such, will be required to have their own team on The Toolkit system.
-
Or, if each client were, hypothetically, asked “who is your most trusted advisor on the team” the single name they will provide, confirms the name of the individual who is likely the “Trusted Advisor” for the purposes of this system. This individual will be required to have their own team on The Toolkit System
-
In summary, I agree that the “Trusted Advisor” is one person, serving as the leader of the team, overseeing a community of clients entered into the toolkit.
-
NOTE: There are businesses using The Toolkit where the “Team Owner” has several Trusted Advisors and several “communities of clients,” one for every Trusted Advisor on this system. I acknowledge this does not change that fact that every Trusted Advisor in this system has a community of clients, and a unique “team workarea” of their own within The Toolkit system.
Registered member in-good-standing: A “registered member in-good-standing,” also known as an "active system user," is a member actively utilizing the toolkit system, as described here, and whose membership payments to The Toolkit are current, up-to-date, and who is not banned from the toolkit system. Monthly access to The Toolkit system is paid in advance.
Banned From The Toolkit System: A former member of The Toolkit system who has been sent notice, to the email address registered at The Trusted Advisor Toolkit™, from Mark McKenna Little, sole owner of Comprehensive Advisor Services, LLC, or his assigns, that use of the toolkit system is not currently allowed. While rare, a violation of this agreement, for example would be grounds for a member being banned from the system. Banned members may request an appeal of this status by emailing AppealRequest@TrustedAdvisorToolkit.com.
Deliverables Team Member: A Deliverables Team Member is a registered member of The Toolkit who has been invited, and accepted, membership to the Deliverables Team of a Trusted Advisor. A Deliverables Team Member who is active and registered on The Trusted Advisor Toolkit™ System may be a member of multiple Trusted Advisor’s teams.
Deliverables Team: The combined membership of all Deliverables Team Members serving on a single Trusted Advisor’s team is known as the Trusted Advisor’s Deliverables Team.
Administrative Manager: Every team must have an Administrative Manager, designated by the Trusted Advisor, to coordinate the Deliverables Team and coordinate the client progress meetings (The Online Meeting Plans™). While every team must have one Administrative Manager, there may only be one Administrative Manager. While we recommend there be a designated Back-up person for the Administrative Manager, all other administrative people providing back-up support will not bear the title "Administrative Manager." A single Administrative Manager is important to provide clarity to the Deliverables Team regarding who the single simple point-of-contact is for questions related to Ideal Clients, Potential Clients, client progress meetings, Truly Comprehensive Financial Services™ and issues related to The Trusted Advisor Toolkit™.
Subject Matter Expert: A Subject Matter Expert is a team member with specific expertise in a narrow field of personal finance, but this person is also known as “Deliverables Team Member.”
Control Person: An individual who has possession, direct or indirect, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of a person or entity, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract, or otherwise.
