How do I train my assistant to utilize this system?

What sort of training will I need to provide to my administrative support people in the office?

BINGO! This is one of the most important factors distinguishing this practice management operating system. The focus is on the team (orientation, training, as well as template documents and video lessons to prepare for client meetings).  TACTICS! TACTICS! TACTICS! Have you noticed that most of these questions from advisors focus around tactics (exactly what to do to implement comprehensive financial services), rather than strategy?  This system focuses on ensuring the team knows exactly what to do and when!

The entire premise of The TrustedAdvisorToolkit.com™ (TATK) turn-key practice management operating system is to delegate the delivery of comprehensive financial services to a Best-in-Class team of experts (tax experts, estate planning attorneys, skilled financial planners, money managers and objective experts in the area of insurance).

To coordinate this team of experts the administrative support person in the office (we call your office's Administrative Manager) we provide checklists, templates and online training for both your Administrative Manager (AM) and each of your Deliverables Team Members (DTMs) so everyone is crystal clear about what they are supposed to do and when.

The entire system is focused on creating time, especially for the Trusted Advisor (TA), to (hopefully) invest in client acquisition activities.

The TrustedAdvisorToolkit.com™ (TATK) turn-key practice management operating system is primarily a resource for delegating to the (1 to 3) administrative support folks in your office and your Deliverables Team of Best-in-Class Subject Matter Experts.
