The Process For Joining The Toolkit
STEP 1: Join The Advisor P.A.C.T. Monthly Program™ (APM), our entry-level program.
STEP 2: Request To Join The Toolkit Fast Track.
STEP 3: Complete The First 12 Projects in APM as quickly as you can (they're the same as the first 12 projects in The Toolkit).
STEP 4: Once those projects are completed, if you meet the other criteria of the Ideal Advisor Profile (on this page), you'll be issued an invitation to join The Toolkit System.

  • The Toolkit will help you build and lead your team.  The system offers a 12-step Deliverables Team Recruitment Process™ for you to build this base team which will collaborate to create an overarching strategy for each Ideal Client and will provide oversight over all aspects of a client's personal financial affairs,

  • Once a Subject Matter Expert (SME) is recruited onto your team, The TrustedAdvisorToolkit.com™ (TATK) turn-key practice management system has for them
    • Orientation audios and videos so they can quickly get up to speed on your system of dealing with ideal clients
    • A listing of the 143 Deliverables Checkpoints™ (DCPs) sorted by Deliverables Team Member (DTM), so they understand exactly what's expected of them.
  • Unlimited Support:
  • Trusted Advisor Support:  The Toolkit offers Trusted Advisors unlimited support.
    1. Trusted Advisors can submit an unlimited number of support questions through The Toolkit, and our Senior Toolkit Team will respond right away (less than 1 business day).
    2. Trusted Advisors can attend the Ask Mark Worldwide Live Session for live one-on-one consulting as well as discussions on strategic issues including leadership development.
    3. On an unlimited basis, Trusted Advisors can request a one-on-one session with our Senior Toolkit Team to discuss more complicated issues or questions.
  • Administrative Support: The Toolkit system is designed to be implemented by a strong Administrative Support person who reports directly to you.  Someone who is capable of effectively serving as the Project Leader to implement this system in your business. We call this person your "Administrative Manager." We will guide you in hiring an effective Project Leader and will provide them training as well as unlimited support.
    1. Your Administrative Manager can submit support requests directly through The Toolkit system, and our Senior Toolkit Team will respond right away (less than 1 business day).
    2. Your Administrative Manager can attend the Ask Mark Worldwide Live Session for live one-on-one consulting.
    3. On an unlimited basis, your Administrative Manager can request a one-on-one session with our Senior Toolkit Team to discuss more complicated issues or questions.
  • A comprehensive meeting plan and explanation about each of the 3 client progress meetings comprising The Three Meeting Process™ (TMP) so they clearly understand the purpose of each meeting and see what their role is (and preparation documents they are responsible for).
  • As you share with your Deliverables Team all client progress currently on the calendar, each Deliverables Team Member
    • follows the timeline provided,
    • Goes to https://TrustedAdvisorToolkit.com/ and downloads every document template required for each meeting (depending upon which of the 3 meetings it is),
    • There is full training (audio & video) for every downloadable document template so no Deliverables Team Member needs to bother your office for training in the creation of reports expected of them for each client meeting.
  • Every Deliverables Team Member (DTM) submits all their preparation work (reports and other required documents), prior to the Dry-run Prep Meeting™ (DRPM) scheduled 7 - 10 days ahead of the client progress meeting with every client.  The purpose of this meeting is to prepare the Trusted Advisor (TA) and allow plenty of time if any document needs correcting or clarifying.
  • The system has your business document every client process for consistency using The Best Way™ method.  The Best Way™ is a proprietary method of quickly documenting any process in less than 20 minutes no matter how complicated.  There are 14 essential elements of a well-documented process and The Best Way™ method ensures all of them are documented.  By documenting every significant process in your business, your clients will experience increased consistency and you'll be setting your business up for future growth allowing for team turn-over without diminishing client service.
