What if I am a fee-only advisor?

The Process For Joining The Toolkit
STEP 1: Join The Advisor P.A.C.T. Monthly Program™ (APM), our entry-level program.
STEP 2: Request To Join The Toolkit Fast Track.
STEP 3: Complete The First 12 Projects in APM as quickly as you can (they're the same as the first 12 projects in The Toolkit).
STEP 4: Once those projects are completed, if you meet the other criteria of the Ideal Advisor Profile (on this page), you'll be issued an invitation to join The Toolkit System.

The key factors are:

  • Committed to delivering fully comprehensive financial services to all of your Ideal Clients,
    • ISSUE:  Some advisors prefer "modular planning," "single issue planning," or other business models which are not fully comprehensive.  Some advisors have no desire to create a lifetime written afinancial plan for every ideal client.  Advisors with our system must be committed to comprehensive financial services.
  • Coachable and willing to accept advice and guidance,
    • ISSUE:  Just as with our clients, there are financial advisors who are do-it-yourselfers and don't want advice about practice management and wouldn't follow it even if they got it.  ISSUE: Willing to build a Deliverables Team of experts to help deliver comprehensive financial services. Advisors who have success with this system appreciate advice from experts.
  • Has at least one administrative support person
    • ISSUE:  While this is not a requirement, you know the old saying, "if you don't have an assistant... you are one." Since the premise of our whole system is that having a Deliverables Team of experts is superior to a "one-man-band" financial advisory practice, this practice management operating system is designed more for Deliverables Team Members (as a training, and support resource) than it is for the Trusted Advisor within the practice.
  • Likes the idea of having a structured process for delivering a checklist-driven system of comprehensive financial services,
    • ISSUE: Some advisors have difficulty or resist following a system or process.  Advisors on our platform are the type to enjoy implementing a process that has worked-well elsewhere since it saves time and accelerates progress not to "reinvent the wheel."
  • ISSUE: Is willing to invest the time saved by this system in Client Acquisition Activities.
    • While it really doesn't matter how you spend the time saved by having a well-structured highly  organized practice management system in place, we have noticed that the most successful advisors on this platform are assertively in "Client Acquisition Mode" and are rapidly filling their ideal client community enjoying all these fully comprehensive financial services now being provided by your firm.
