What’s the process after I join?

Once I invest in this practice management system, what are the immediate "next steps" for me?

Once you join The TrustedAdvisorToolkit.com™ (TATK) turn-key practice management system the immediate "next steps" are these:

  • Complete the practice management assessment in order to benchmark "the current state of your practice"
  • Our system includes a "seat" (membership) for 1 (one) Trusted Advisor (TA) and 1 (one) Administrative Manager (AM).  All other administrative support people in your office can easily be added to your group (as well as Deliverables Team Members, such as Tax Experts, Estate Planning Attorneys, Insurance Agents, or any experts you currently have working with your ideal clients).

The Process For Joining The Toolkit
STEP 1: Join The Advisor P.A.C.T. Monthly Program™ (APM), our entry-level program.
STEP 2: Request To Join The Toolkit Fast Track.
STEP 3: Complete The First 12 Projects in APM as quickly as you can (they're the same as the first 12 projects in The Toolkit).
STEP 4: Once those projects are completed, if you meet the other criteria of the Ideal Advisor Profile (on this page), you'll be issued an invitation to join The Toolkit System.
  • Your entire Deliverables Team (DT) will go through the orientation provided on our site (they should also sign up for The Kate Wilson Full Case-study to fully understand the vision you have for your practice).
  • The Deliverables Team (DT) will review The Go-To Grid™ provided on the site to decide (based upon your practice management assessment), who will be assigned to do what while the Deliverables Team (DT) is being built to ensure that nothing is overlooked for any ideal client.
  • Next, your team will follow the process to schedule all your meetings for the next 12 months with every ideal client utilizing The Three Meeting Process™ provided.
  • Once all your client's progress meetings are scheduled onto the calendar it's very easy...
    • On a weekly basis, your (growing) team, identifies which clients are coming in over the next 30 days.
    • They establish which of the three meeting agendas has been scheduled for each client coming in.
    • Every member of your Deliverables Team (even if there's just one support person in the office at first), downloads the "meeting plan" for every client scheduled over the next 30 days.
    • Each team member completes the activities agreed upon in The Go-To Grid™ before the target date.
  • A Dry-run Prep Meeting™ (DRPM) is scheduled 7 - 10 prior to every client progress meeting to allow the Trusted Advisor (TA) to
      • Mentally prepare for the meeting
      • Review the documents prepared by the team for each meeting (as described to them by us)
      • Make any adds, changes or deletions from the reports and documents presented by the team
      • Identify everything you will need from the client that only they can provide.
      • Contemplate and establish the 1 or 2 "biggest issues" to be addressed at the client meeting to ensure a great client expeience and a sense of accomplishment for the client and the team after the progress meeting has concluded.

As the Deliverables Team (DT) grows, the system gets easier, rather than more complicted, as the 138 Deliverables Checkpoints™ (DCPs) are distributed among a greater number of team members.

In this way The TrustedAdvisorToolkit.com™ (TATK) turn-key practice management system creates a highly structured routine that delivers fully comprehensive financial services through a Deliverables Team (DT) of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) yet is flexible enough to handle the highly dynamic situations faced by affluent clients at times.
