Why do you refer to this as a "Practice Management Operating System"

What's the difference between an "operating system" and a website?

A website is usually a place to simply "get information."

The Process For Joining The Toolkit
STEP 1: Join The Advisor P.A.C.T. Monthly Program™ (APM), our entry-level program.
STEP 2: Request To Join The Toolkit Fast Track.
STEP 3: Complete The First 12 Projects in APM as quickly as you can (they're the same as the first 12 projects in The Toolkit).
STEP 4: Once those projects are completed, if you meet the other criteria of the Ideal Advisor Profile (on this page), you'll be issued an invitation to join The Toolkit System.

The TrustedAdvisorToolkit.com™ is a turn-key "practice management operating system" since, in addition to being a place to get information about better managing your practice, the communication goes back & forth between your office and us.  Here's what is included in our comprehensive practice management operating system...

  • This management system fully supports the building, training and orchestrating of a Deliverables Team (DT) of Best-in-Class (BIC) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the areas of financial planning, money management, estate planning, insurance planning and tax planning.
  • Forums on the site serve as a powerful resource for asking clarifying questions and requesting resources so that you can get answers to unique issues facing your practice.
  • Full orientation and training exist on the site for every new administrative support person in your office as well as new Deliverables Team Members (DTMs) before they begin working with your ideal clients, so everyone knows what's expected of them without having to bother you.
  • Provides an easy-to-follow 138 point annual checklist for every client so you can be sure that every ideal client has their "financial house" in perfect order, and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Supports the installation of a highly-structured annual client meeting system so that your (growing) Deliverables Team has a routine they can understand and support at a consistently high-level so that you are delivering fully comprehensive financial services to all your ideal clients through your team of experts.
  • A system for documenting every major process in writing so that everyone in your office knows exactly what to do and when to do it and your office will run like a proverbial "Swiss Watch"

The goal of the entire system is for your team to be able to prepare for every upcoming client progress meeting your schedule in order to download templates for all meeting preparation reports and documents as well as train them (audios & videos) how to take the templates and update them for your ideal client's information.

This whole system was created by a financial advisor (me) for financial advisors and their teams to create clarity and consistency in a way that delivers fully comprehensive financial services while saving massive amounts of time.
