Why should I work with this system?

What makes this system different from others practice management systems?

Many (most) programs are strategic and this system is very VERY tactical.  Checklists & systems your support people can easily follow and implement.

The Process For Joining The Toolkit
STEP 1: Join The Advisor P.A.C.T. Monthly Program™ (APM), our entry-level program.
STEP 2: Request To Join The Toolkit Fast Track.
STEP 3: Complete The First 12 Projects in APM as quickly as you can (they're the same as the first 12 projects in The Toolkit).
STEP 4: Once those projects are completed, if you meet the other criteria of the Ideal Advisor Profile (on this page), you'll be issued an invitation to join The Toolkit System.

This system was created by a financial advisor to fill a void. Other systems (some pretty good) focused on processes for the office (placing trades, setting up client distributions, answering the phone, etc) but lacked a specific checklist system for training and delivering fully comprehensive financial services in a way that is easy-to-follow for a group of Deliverables Team Members (DTMs).

The TrustedAdvisorToolkit.com™ (TATK) turn-key practice management system establishes a highly-structured annual meeting cycle so that every client is scheduled according to a routine that a team can understand and support (they simply follow the checklists for each meeting... which are all provided).

So when a progress meeting is scheduled, the objective of our system is that every Deliverables Team Member (DTM) is crystal clear about what their role is, what they are expected to produce for the meeting and by when.

A practice system this structured and comprehensive was not available, so Mark McKenna Little created it.  He simply took all the systems, processes, resources and tools he had implemented into his own substantial practice and has made them available to members of The TrustedAdvisorToolkit.com™ (TATK).
